Soil Testing
Eligible farmers may submit up to three free samples for each of the following services:
Soil nutrient testing
Plant tissue nutrient testing
Plant disease diagnostics
Insect identification
Farmers simply need to indicate that their farm was impacted by recent flooding when submitting samples.
Soil Testing Options
ADSC currently offers three primary soil testing packages:
Package 1 – Essential Soil Fertility Test
A basic fertility assessment designed to provide key nutrient information.
Package 2 – Core Soil Fertility Test
A more comprehensive evaluation of soil fertility and nutrient availability.
Package 3 – Comprehensive Soil Fertility Test
A detailed analysis for farmers seeking the most complete picture of soil health and fertility.

Free Testing for Farmers Impacted by Recent Flooding
In response to the Kona low storms and flooding that affected Hawaiʻi Island during March and April 2026, ADSC is offering free testing services through July 21, 2026 for farmers whose operations were impacted.
